All rooms at Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels come with equipped with a full kitchen and free Wi-Fi.
Over the past year Hyatt hotels has rolled out some big flash sale hotel deals at various price points, and the Chicago-based company is pushing another limited-time offer, slashing 30% off rates at 173 Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels. Travelers must book no later than this coming Saturday (January 23, 2010) for stays from February 7 through April 5, 2010. Hyatt Place, a contemporary-style chain aimed at business travelers, has hotels throughout the country, concentrated in urban, suburban, and airport locations; while Hyatt Summerfield Suites are extended-stay hotels that come with a full kitchen and 24-hour in-house grocery markets (making them especially convenient for families). Both brands offer free breakfasts and free WiFi.
We tried some dates at dates in February and March. At the Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square, within walking distance Boise Towne Square, Idaho's largest shopping mall, a room with a king bed priced at $95 (including taxes and fees), while the special rate was $66, a 30% windfall. The Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, at the south end of the airport, offers a king room for $176, but $124 if booked in time, again a savings of 30%. At the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Scottsdale/Old Town, a five-minute walk from the Fashion Square Shopping Center, and Old Town Scottsdale, a king non-smoking room costs $234 without the promotion, $164 with it, 30% less.
Of the 147 Hyatt Place properties, and 30 Hyatt Summerfield Suites, only four are not participating: Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport-North, Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport, Hyatt Place Milwaukee-West, and Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Las Colinas.
