Once January rolls around we know you'll be itching for a warm Caribbean getaway (we will be itching for one too). The Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa is offering deep discounts through its 2010 Winter Special offer, for savings of 35% to more than 40%.
This 14-acre resort on Palm Beach includes a 13,000-square-foot spa (which was on our 2007 Hot Spas list), two swimming pools, three restaurants, and—most importantly—fronts 1,500 feet of white-sand beach. Rooms start at $269 per night for January stays (or $327 once taxes and service charges are added in), and at $280 per night (or $341 with taxes and service charges) for stays from February 1 through April 10. Since a night would ordinarily cost $584 or $609, respectively, you're looking at savings of about 44%. Our test bookings showed good availability for most dates.
