We at Deal of the Day have seen a steady stream—nay, make that a torrent—of Las Vegas deals cross our desks since this blog debuted back in March. And they're still coming. So much, that we thought it best to offer an ongoing series of roundups of the best deals in the desert.

Last week we brought you the best hotel values off The Strip. Today, we highlight deals in Sin City's poshest eateries. Nowadays, many restaurateurs have slashed the prices of their truffle emulsions and Wagyu beef morsels to match the declining hotel rates. Just check out these stats (thanks for the info, Eating Las Vegas).

(1) Daniel Boulud at Wynn: The celebrated chef has been serving French brasserie standards at his Michelin-starred restaurant since 2005. However, his tenure is about to end, which means this might be your last chance to taste the magic. Through the Taste of Wynn promotion you can now enjoy three courses for just $42 -- all you have to do is arrive before 7 P.M. To put it in perspective, the steak frites entrée from the regular menu alone is $42. Top that with a summer salad ($12) and a cheese tasting for dessert ($15), and you've saved $27 per person.

Bonus: If you book this promotion, at Daniel Boulud or any of the other ten restaurants participating in Taste of Wynn, you'll receive $25 off tickets to Le Rêve, the most stunning show on the strip. Showtime is at 9:30 P.M., giving you plenty of time to enjoy the chocolate hazelnut fondant.

How to book: Call 702-770-3463 for reservations and mention the Taste of Wynn menu.

(2) Fiamma Trattoria at MGM Grand: It's all about authenticity: Chef Carlos Buscaglia makes handmade pasta daily and Burrata is shipped from the source. There's also a 400-bottle wine list. Ordering three courses off the regular menu can run up to $66 per person. But with the Fall Tasting Menu, the price is just $49. Opt for the sommelier wine pairing for another $25 and get a professionally selected glass with each course. Must book by November 30. Bon appetito!

How to book: Make an online reservation or call 702-891-7600.

(3) StripSteak at Mandalay Bay: Since 2002, Egyptian-born Michael Mina has conquered the American food scene with 17 concept restaurants. At StripSteak he does for cow what Madonna did for the coned bra (just without the tassels). Among the options in the $55 three-course prix fixe menu are a Maryland Blue Crab chowder, slow-poached prime rib, and a butterscotch pudding infused with 18-year Macallan. The same dishes ordered from the regular menu would cost $74.

How to book: Call 702-632-7414 for reservations.
